앱은 개인이 자신의 경험(여행·맛집·책·영화 등)을 사진과 함께 기록하는 도구를 무료로 제공합니다. 모든 기록과 사진은 이용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 개발자는 별도의 서버·계정 시스템을 운영하지 않습니다. 앱은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다.
이용자가 앱에 입력한 기록·사진의 권리는 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다. 데이터가 기기에만 저장되므로 개발자는 이를 열람·수집·백업할 수 없으며, 기기 분실·초기화· 앱 삭제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 중요한 데이터는 앱의 백업· 내보내기 기능으로 직접 보관하시기 바랍니다.
앱을 역설계·변조하거나, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 목적, 관련 법령을 위반하는 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
장소·지도(Google), 영화·드라마(TMDB), 책(국립중앙도서관·표지는 교보문고), 영화 평점(OMDb), 만화(네이버) 검색 및 Google 로그인 기능은 각 사업자의 서비스를 이용합니다. 해당 기능 사용 시 각 사업자의 약관·정책이 함께 적용되며, 외부 서비스의 가용성·정확성에 대해 개발자는 보증하지 않습니다.
앱은 오류나 중단 없이 동작함을 보증하지 않습니다. 앱 사용으로 발생하는 위험은 이용자가 부담합니다.
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 개발자는 앱 사용 또는 사용 불가로 인해 발생한 직접·간접·부수적·결과적 손해(데이터 손실 포함)에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
본 약관이 변경되면 이 페이지에 갱신하고 최종 수정일을 바꿉니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 대한민국 법원을 관할로 합니다.

By installing or using Mynook ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is a free tool for keeping a personal record of your own experiences (trips, restaurants, books, films, etc.) together with photos. All records and photos are stored only on your device; the developer operates no server or account system. The app is provided "as is".
You retain all rights to the records and photos you enter. Because the data lives only on your device, the developer cannot access, collect, or back it up, and is not responsible for data loss due to a lost or reset device or an uninstalled app. Please keep important data yourself using the app's backup and export features.
You may not reverse-engineer or tamper with the app, or use it to infringe the rights of others or to violate applicable law.
Search for places/maps (Google), films/TV (TMDB), books (National Library of Korea; covers via Kyobo), film ratings (OMDb), and comics (Naver), as well as Google Sign-In, rely on those providers' services. When you use those features, the respective providers' terms and policies also apply, and the developer makes no warranty as to the availability or accuracy of external services.
The app is not warranted to operate without errors or interruptions. You use the app at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date changed. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
